| How To Enroll HVDS makes it very easy to enroll. Just call us so we can send you an application or stop by the school and we will be happy to give you one and answer any questions you may have. We accept children between the ages of 18 months and five years old. We are licensed to serve a maximum of 14 children at any one time. Enrollment is on a first-come, first-served basis. If enrollment is closed, a waiting list will be formed and parents will be notified in order when a vacancy occurs. All acceptances are provisional, dependent upon the child's ability to adapt to the environment and to show that he or she is ready for a group setting. Please contact us for our current rates. The rates are very competitive and are a great value for your daycare dollar. We are ODJFS approved for qualified families. HVDS is a pre-school and daycare center legally licensed to operate by the State of Ohio. It is unlawful for this school to discriminate in the enrollment of children upon the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin or disability in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act. We wholeheartedly abide by this requirement. A non-refundable application fee of $15 for returning children and $25 for new children must be submitted with your application. A returning child is defined as a child who was enrolled at HVDS for at least 6 of the previous 12 months. In addition, a $100 deposit is required to guarantee your child's enrollment.
