About Us
HVDS is a privately owned company
that operates on the campus of Tri -
County Career Center. We provide
preschool and child care services, as well
as serving as a training site for students
enrolled in the Early Childhood Education
Program at Tri-County. Students in
training are under direct supervision of
HVDS and Tri-County staff at all times.
We maintain an overall staff-to-child
ratio of approximately 1:7 (with the
addition of student trainees, this ratio
drops to approximately 1:3).
